Our client is growing and adding to their team.About the RoleExecute real estate property tax administration for a portfolio of primarily CRE properties across Texas, as well as a small percentage of out-of-state clients.Drive down taxable value through varying valuation and negotiation methods.Prepare well-organized client information and supporting documentation requests.Maintain positive relationships with assessor and tax jurisdiction personnel.Prepare assessment appeal support docs and negotiate values with assessors.Qualifications1-3 years of previous Commercial Real Estate (CRE) tax consulting or CRE appraisal and general property tax consulting experience.Previous experience with multi-state Real Estate/Property Tax work a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
