Employment Type: Full-time 

Shift: Days

Hours per Week: 40 hour/week

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents.
• Administer, score, and interpret psychological, cognitive, academic, developmental, and behavioral assessments.
• Evaluate for conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and other behavioral health conditions.
• Gather information through clinical interviews, record reviews, and collateral contacts with families, schools, and providers.
• Prepare diagnostic reports and provide recommendations for treatment, educational supports, and community resources.
• Review findings and recommendations with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care providers, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain timely documentation and comply with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Required Credential(s):
  • Psychologist credentialed from the New York Board of Psychology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
