Technical analysis and proposal support: research geotechnical challenges, evaluate solutions, and contribute technical content to client-facing materials.

Client engagement: participate in client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups. Build relationships and learn how different stakeholders make decisions.

Administrative and coordination work: manage pursuit timelines, track deliverables, and ensure smooth communication across internal teams.

Technical foundation: understand geotechnical design and construction methods well enough to research solutions and contribute to proposals. Willingness to deepen this knowledge.

Relationship building: able to engage professionally with clients and internal teams. Natural at asking good questions and listening to understand needs.

Communication: translate technical concepts into clear language. Write and present well enough to support proposals and client interactions.

Problem solving: enjoy finding solutions to technical challenges. Comfortable asking for help and learning from more experienced team members.

Ownership and initiative: take responsibility for your work. Follow through on commitments and identify what needs to be done without constant direction.
