Powered by the Ramsey AI Platform, our shared AI infrastructure enabling model orchestration, Ramsey tone and principles, integrations, and conversation memory, this leader will set the strategic direction for the platform, define what it should and should not be, partner with business leaders on P&L and investment decisions, and work hands-on with Product Managers to shape discovery, prioritize the right problems, and drive clarity and execution across teams. While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).
