Quality Control Specialist
Office Pride of North Alabama | Huntsville, AL
Part-Time | Monday-Friday | 5:00 PM-10:00 PM
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Office Pride of North Alabama is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to help maintain quality standards across multiple customer locations.
This role combines quality inspections, employee training, and on-site coaching. You'll visit customer facilities, inspect complete cleaning work, verify reported issues have been corrected, document findings using our mobile app, and provide hands-on training and support to cleaning technicians.
Responsibilities
- Inspect commercial cleaning work and ensure quality standards are met
- Verify and document completed corrective actions
- Ensure cleaning tasks are completed according
- Train and coach new and existing cleaning technicians
- Conduct quality audits and report findings to management
- Support multiple customer locations as needed
- Assist with corrective cleaning when necessary

Required/ Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience.
- Training, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Own transportation.
- Smartphone capable of running company applications and taking photos.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform cleaning duties when necessary.
- Ability to walk commercial facilities and climb stairs for extended periods.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
