The position will champion quality actives for all Manufacturing operations, product approvals (FAI), supplier part approvals, continuous improvement efforts and defect reduction initiatives to develop an effective Quality Control system for integration of electromechanical products such as machined parts, mechanical assemblies, composite assemblies, welded assemblies, painted or coated assemblies, flight hardware fabrication and assemblies, etc. This role will manage and lead a diverse team of quality Engineers and Inspectors and requires deep management and leadership knowledge cross multiple business areas.
