Overview: As an Installation QAQC Specialist, you will serve as a key quality resource at the division level, supporting project managers and foremen to ensure the highest standards of installation quality. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the division's quality expert, providing guidance and support to project managers and foremen, conducting regular site visits upon request to monitor and inspect ongoing installations, and performing detailed inspections of initial installations to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Additionally, you will develop and foster a culture of quality within installation crews through training, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives.
