Interior Sign Installation Experience – Electrical, Non-Electrical, Vinyl, etc… · Able to lead a team of installers (from one to six individuals on a job site) · Able to make decisions on their own and able to responsibility as to why that decision was made · Be a mentor to others and educate them in the industry and help them become masters of their craft · Excellent communication skills, especially grammar and spelling · Intermediate math skills · Basic project management · Valid driver's license with good driving record · Ground-level sign installation (wall, glass, floor graphics, lobby signs, etc.) Desired skills · Experience with hand/power tools · Ability to work a forklift, tractor, bobcat type of vehicle regarding installs and receiving · OSHA Certifications regarding lifts · Welding capabilities to include aluminum welding and steel welding· CDL a plus · Crane certification a plus Core Responsibilities Work with junior installers and in-house fabrication specialists to meet customer deadlines and project completion. Also, able to work with the sales-end of the house to discuss fabrication, installation, and material types to use on types of signs and projects.
