What You’ll Do:
If you’re a Medical Assistant who enjoys education, organization, and supporting quality care, this is a great opportunity to grow into a Quality Associate role. You’ll support staff training, onboarding, compliance tracking, and quality initiatives that help team members succeed and improve resident outcomes.
This role is ideal for a Medical Assistant who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about education, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor team member training and certification compliance in coordination with Quality and HR; communicate non-compliance to managers and business partners.
- Lead CPR classes, Med Pass training, Skills Days, and new team member Meet & Greet sessions, delivering engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives through classroom setup, training materials preparation, and administrative coordination.
- Administer TB tests, Influenza, and Hep B vaccines; assist with annual employee and resident Flu/TB clinics, attendance tracking, and documentation uploads into ADP.
- Collaborate with the Quality team on continuous improvement initiatives that support staff development, regulatory compliance, and positive resident outcomes.
- Maintain accurate data in the Relias Learning System, including class scheduling, attendance tracking, compliance reporting, and new hire onboarding documentation.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 1 year of Medical Assistant training.
- Experience with administering vaccinations and TB tests.
- Experience handling medical records.
- Experience working in senior living.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job related travel.
- Current CPR certification.
- Working knowledge of ADP, Relias, and Point Click Care (PPC).
