• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $65.00 $70.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day shift (5 8 hours), 8:00 16:30; shifts will need to be flexible with a start as early as 6:00 AM or as late as 12:00 PM and work 8 hours from there
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a contract Radiation Therapist role based at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, supporting the Radiology / Cardiology Radiation Therapy specialty. The position requires schedule flexibility and participation in weekend and holiday on-call rotations, with the potential to float to other CCHS facilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain flexible shift availability, with starts as early as 6:00 AM or as late as 12:00 PM, working 8 hours from the designated start time
• Participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotations
• Float to other CCHS facilities as needed

Required Skills

• Experience with radiation oncology specific electronic medical record systems, as well as record and verify systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience with external radiation therapy, IMRT, IGRT, and CT simulation

Education Requirements

• Graduate from a School of Radiation Therapy Technology approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP)
• ARRT(R)(T) certification required
• Ohio license required
• AHA or American Heart Association BLS certification required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Flexible shift scheduling required; earliest start 6:00 AM, latest start 12:00 PM, 8-hour shifts
• Weekend and holiday on-call rotation participation required
• May be required to float to other CCHS facilities
