Liquid food processing line, P & ID diagrams, electrical schematics, process controls & understanding of critical systems like flow controls, temperature, pressure, CIP systems and its interlocks using HMI, Homogenization process, Plate & tube heat exchangers, high-speed high-shear mixers Rotary cup filler, Vertical Fill Seal Lid packaging machine, High-speed liquid bottle fillers, cup and bottle conveyor systems like roller & belt conveyors, bottle elevators Packaging Labelers, High speed inkjet printers, Case Packers, Palletizers, Robotic palletizers, Pick n place units, Sleever, steam generator, Food defense systems like Metal detector & X- Ray Meat grinders, screw conveyors, cooker -cooler kettles with agitation, Horizontal plow mixers and blenders, meat choppers, centrifugal pumps, positive displacement & diaphragm pumps, Electrical shunts, liquid product storage systems, Product transport, flow & weighing systems. Electrical/Mechanical/Controls Responsibilities: Service and repair of production related mechanical & electrical equipment including knowledge of power distribution and lighting systems, AC/DC motors, pneumatic systems like cylinders, pneumatic & air flow control valves, process line controls & devices, hydraulics fluid control and distribution, electronic controls and instrumentation, variable frequency drives, sensors, transducers, safety relays and basic PLC knowledge/ interpretation with field instruments capabilities.
