    About the role

TLC Management Co. is hiring a Real Estate Financial Analyst to support our Chicago residential rental portfolio. You will build and maintain property financial models, track budget-to-actual performance, and help leadership evaluate acquisitions, capital projects, financing and operating decisions. The role reports directly to the CFO. • Monitor loan covenants, debt service coverage and reserve requirements
    • Analyze mortgage financing: compare loan quotes and terms, model refinancing scenarios, track rate resets and maturities, and maintain the portfolio debt schedule
    • Evaluate when needed commercial lease offers within our portfolio including annual reconciliations of various leases and association memberships
    • Support ad-hoc analysis requests from leadership
