Prestigious global law firm is seeking a Real Estate/Trial Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys within the Real Estate and Litigation practice groups.
Responsibilities
Real Estate Support
- Prepare, edit, and format real estate documents (leases, purchase agreements, closing documents)
- Open new matters, maintain client files, and conduct conflict checks
- Coordinate closings, signatures, and document execution
- Track deadlines and maintain calendars for transactions
Litigation / Trial Support
- Prepare and file pleadings and legal documents (including e-filing)
- Assist with discovery (document production, interrogatories, exhibits)
- Support trial preparation: Organize exhibits and binders, coordinate witness materials, and manage trial logistics
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and deadlines
- Coordinate travel, expenses, and billing/time entry
- Schedule client meetings, depositions, and conference calls
- Communicate with clients, courts, and internal teams
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a large law firm setting.
- Commercial real estate law and trial experience are preferred
- Experience with iManage (electronic document management system) preferred.
