Receptionist/Office Coordinator What You'll Do The Receptionist / Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, creating a welcoming and professional office environment.
This role is responsible for managing front desk operations while coordinating day-to-day administrative and office functions to ensure the workplace runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies and place orders to ensure adequate inventory.
Assist with employee onboarding by preparing workspaces, badges, and office supplies.
Support company meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure common areas remain organized, clean, and welcoming.
Identify opportunities to improve office processes and administrative efficiency.
Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
1+ years of receptionist, administrative, office coordination, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Customer-focused with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technology.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
