Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk

Our dealership has an opening for a Data Entry Clerk. While we prefer someone with experience, candidates with great potential will also be considered. This individual must be reliable, professional, likable, and ready to make a move toward a long-term career and not just another job. Our dealership is a family, and we treat each employee as such. 

Responsibilities:

* Post and scan parts/service tickets

* Stock in vehicles

* Count money drawers, complete bank deposits

* Take bank deposits, other errands as needed

* Answer incoming calls in a professional manner

* Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department

* Filing/shredding

* Other duties as needed

Requirements:

* Must be professional in appearance with excellent customer service skills

* Must be able to handle busy phones

* Must be proficient with computers and have general office knowledge

* Must be comfortable handling money

* Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
