Receptionist - Part Time

Wage:  $20/hr

Looking for candidates that can be available for one or more of the following shifts:

   One or more weekdays: 

• 7:00am- 4:00pm
• 4:00pm- 7:00pm

   Saturdays: 

• 8:00am- 5:00pm

Training must take place during the day, Mon-Fri, however, schedule can be flexible

Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time receptionist to greet customers as they enter the showroom, as well as answer phone calls. This person will also be responsible for some daily office tasks beyond the phone switchboard tasks. We are looking for someone who can be flexible with schedule and willing to work Saturdays. Training on site will take place upon start.

Responsibilities 

• Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Operate switchboard telephone system
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
• Professional personal appearance
