• Provide friendly, professional customer service in a safe, home-like environment
• Welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth and respect
• Protect and promote resident rights at all times

• Help create a positive first impression that reflects our caring culture

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or GED
• Customer service experience, both in person and over the phone
• Experience working with seniors is helpful
• Ability to adapt quickly and build trust and confidence with residents and families
• A kind, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
