I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of 14. I’ve been in the insurance industry since 2001, giving me more than two decades of experience helping customers and developing successful teams. Outside of work, family is a major priority for me. I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, working out, and maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Our agency is actively involved in the local community, and faith is also an important part of my life through involvement with my church. Those values of relationships, service, and taking care of others carry into how I lead our team.

Rafael Parker - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
