THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A RECOVERY OPERATIONS MANAGER

In this full-time role, you'll guide your team through daily operations while monitoring performance, call quality, and compliance. You'll coach representatives through side-by-side sessions, review calls, and refine strategies to boost recovery results. As you analyze reports and performance trends, you'll make data-driven decisions that improve outcomes. You'll also manage escalated accounts with professionalism, ensure FDCPA compliance, and collaborate with leadership to enhance operational efficiency.


OUR IDEAL RECOVERY OPERATIONS MANAGER

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • 4+ years of collections experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory or management experience in collections
  • Experience managing production-driven teams in a call center environment
  • Strong knowledge of consumer collections, FDCPA compliance, and negotiation strategies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collections software systems
  • Ability to analyze data and drive performance decisions
