Job Description:

• Hiring candidates in Transportation Department.
• Cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines.

 Key Job Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
• Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
• Successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline.
• Have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and how to prioritize customer SLAs.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
• High volume sourcing + recruiting.
• They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done

 Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills

• Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
• Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups.
• Exceptional at candidate generation, client/account Management

 Basic Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
