JOB TITLE: Recruiter II - Healthcare

EST START DATE: ASAP

CONTRACT LENGTH: 12 months, potential to extend based on business need/team budget

LOCATION: 5 days onsite at Seattle, WA

PARKING: Paid by the contractor as an out-of-pocket expense

HOURS: 40 hrs/week, no OT/holiday, Mon-Fri core hours (8a-5p)

PAY RANGE: $40-47/hr

WHAT TEAM IS THIS CONTRACTOR PART OF? Healthcare recruiting team, contractor will help with sourcing for Northwest region

TEAM FOCUS / KEY PROJECTS:

• Specialty team that supports virtual medical team (telehealth visits) customer care and Medicare population health programs
• Hires for NP, PA, and RN positions
• Highly collaborative team

WHY IS THIS POSITION OPEN? Backfill

WHAT IS THIS CONTRACTOR SPECIFICALLY DOING?

• Supporting Full life cycle - manage candidates from end-to end, high volume, working with HM, candidates, 40 days cycle, could help w/ sourcing, operation roles
• Review applications, conduct phone screening, manager interview process through 3 steps, manage offer process, POC for candidate during onboarding, high in bound - a little bit of sourcing

MUST HAVE SKILLS: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience

• Recruiting experience with specialist roles, high-volume
• Proficiency using Greenhouse ATS and/or client tool (recruiter will disclose on screening call)
• Full life cycle recruiting (end to end), including closing candidates independently
• High attention to detail and ability to show proactive communication, think critically and problem solve to develop scalable/maintainable solutions

NICE TO HAVES:

• Healthcare recruiting experience
• Any ability to report on large data sets
• Exceptional admin skills

DISQUALIFIERS:

• Lots of job hopping

PERFORMANCE INDICATOR:

• Meeting weekly goals of outreach (interviews per week, hires per month, sourcing metrics)
• Quality of work

SCREENING/SUBMITTAL PROCESS:

• Must share an updated resume (Word format)
• Must have a screening call with a recruiter

INTERVIEW PROCESS: x2-3 interview rounds (phone, video onsite), via STAR method
