Job Title: Recruiter II
Contract Duration: 1 year Work Arrangement: Onsite Location: Seattle, Washington Pay Rate: $47-50 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process and support the organization's talent acquisition strategy. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding activities.
Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements, organizational culture, and long-term business objectives.
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Process employee status changes and support offboarding activities, including conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback.
Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recruiting processes and enhance the overall candidate experience.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and may lead recruiting initiatives or projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
5–8 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related human resources experience.
Strong knowledge of recruiting methodologies, employment practices, and workforce planning.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, work independently, and drive results.
