Description: Bilingual Recruiter
We are looking for someone to join our team in a full-time capacity (salary + benefits) at 50k salary in a flexible, long-term job with plenty of upward growth opportunities. You will be recruiting in the construction & asbestos fields. This role is full-time in office.
We need someone who speaks & writes fluent Spanish
Who has previous recruiting experience
Someone who is organized & tech-savvy
Positive attitude, outgoing, upbeat
At least 2 years of recruiting experience
Knowledge of construction or asbestos field is preferred but not required
Capable of developing & implementing creative candidate sourcing strategies, including but not limited to the use of social networking sites, text blasts, job fairs, and other marketing-related communication tools
Will assist with candidate onboarding & job placement
Will work closely with the sales team to support them in managing client relationships
2- or 4-year degree preferred
Must have knowledge of the staffing industry
Must be local to Indianapolis & willing to work full-time in our office
Must have a proven record of recruiting success & professional references
Must have prior experience working in applicant tracking systems
Must have strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
