The Recruiter leads LevelTen's end-to-end recruitment efforts, driving talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business goals. This role partners closely with hiring managers, Finance, and the People team to hire and retain top talent across all levels and disciplines globally. The Recruiter also champions employee engagement and internal mobility, and promotes a culture of belonging by embedding diversity, equity and inclusion principles into all aspects of talent acquisition.
