About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Non-Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a 6-month contract basis. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for a variety of business functions, including operations, customer success, finance, marketing, HR, sales, and other corporate roles. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiting professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of identifying and attracting top talent in fast-paced environments.
This position follows a hybrid work model and requires regular onsite presence in our Seattle office.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-technical and corporate positions, from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and deliver exceptional talent pipelines.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals.
Conduct recruiter screens and coordinate interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Drive candidate engagement and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines and business objectives.
Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring trends to business leaders.
Ensure recruiting data is accurately maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including HR, compensation, and hiring teams to facilitate successful hiring outcomes.
Support diversity recruiting initiatives and best practices to attract a broad range of qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on non-technical/corporate hiring.
Demonstrated success recruiting for roles across business functions such as Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Administration.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Experience working with ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting within the FinTech industry.
Background supporting high-growth, startup, or rapidly scaling organizations.
Experience recruiting for regulated industries such as financial services, banking, payments, or lending.
Knowledge of recruiting metrics and data-driven hiring practices.
