Job title - Recruiter I

Pay Range - $30 - $35/hr

Locations -  Seattle, WA | Herndon, VA | Arlington, VA

Day to Day:

  • Hands-on Sourcing & Outreach (80–90% of the role): Finding talent, conducting phone screens, and building strong candidate pipelines.
  • System Management: Submitting candidates into systems and managing data within the ATS. AI systems to source
  • Onboarding Ramp-up: Undergoing a 2-week onboarding program, with expectations to start building pipelines by the middle of Week 2.

Must Haves:

  • Minimum 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years is historically the most successful).
  • Strong Boolean search and complex keystring building skills (will be tested in the interview).
  • Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools and ATS systems.
  • Must include metrics – 4 hires per month, how many calls, screenings, emails reach outs, type of tech roles etc
  • High motivation, hard-working, quick learner, and genuinely excited about active sourcing/recruiting.
  • Ability to work 100% onsite, 5 day a week in the designated local market.

Plusses:

  • Prior experience recruiting for Data Center, infrastructure, or technical roles (e.g., Construction Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Supply Chain, Deployment Technicians).
