Your main job, most of your week, is building and running our caregiver hiring pipeline: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and moving strong candidates to hire quickly. You will also help coordinate staffing once caregivers are on board, but recruiting is the core of the role and where we need you to shine.ScheduleMonday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional flexibility for interviews outside standard hours or urgent staffing coverage.Compensation & Benefits$24 to $34 per hour DOE, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid sick and vacation leave, paid holidays, and paid training and continuing education.How To ApplyPlease submit your resume for consideration. We are unable to accept direct calls or emails about this position.Compensation:$24 - $34 per hour DOEResponsibilities:What You'll DoRecruiting (Primary): Source candidates through multiple channels and build a steady pipelineReview resumes, screen applicants, and schedule interviewsCoordinate skills assessments and keep candidates movingMake hiring recommendations and keep offers movingFollow up so strong candidates stay engaged; track recruiting metrics; and ensure hiring follows all employment laws and company policiesStaffing Coordination (Secondary): Support caregiver scheduling in ClearCare, including call-offs and urgent coverageConfirm start dates and onboarding steps for new hiresKeep caregiver and client records accurateQualifications:Who We're Looking For2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with healthcare, senior care, or staffing agency experience strongly preferredComfortable with high-volume recruiting and moving quickly on strong candidatesExperience with Indeed, WizeHire, or similar hiring platformsExcellent communication and follow-through, with the judgment to spot the right fitOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to keep candidate information confidentialAbout CompanyKeen Home Care & Homes--provides compassionate private duty home care and operates four licensed residential care homes in Southern California.
