Recruiter - contract position in Wadsworth

Pay rate $27/hr DOE.

We are seeking an experienced, energetic Recruiter to join a growing HR team. This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions and partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified talent.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate requirements.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Provide hiring managers with regular recruiting updates.
• Maintain accurate information within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with offers, pre-employment activities, and recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
