Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite)

Compensation: $22.50 hourly

Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join a fast-paced recruiting organization. This role is an integral partner in managing intern program activities, including onboarding, early career development, and offboarding, to engage and retain top talent. This position is instrumental in shaping the future of our engagement programs, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the success of early talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Program Managers to design and scale programs that strengthen company culture, accelerate individual development, and drive team productivity.
  • Support insights for regular business mechanisms, including QBRs and lesson learned documents.
  • Manage email-to-case inbox support.
  • Assist with live office hours, workshops, and events.
  • Support customer communications.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on the status of key objectives.
  • Perform other projects or tasks as assigned to support team deliverables.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 1+ years of recruiting coordinator, program management, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent experience. Must be willing to work across multiple time zones, which may require starting the workday at 7:00 AM local time.

Technical Skills: Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with data, including advanced Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Delimited Formulas).
  • Strong collaboration skills with a team-first mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with peers, stakeholders, and candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively and meet critical deadlines in a changing environment.
  • Experience utilizing the Asana program management platform.
