What We're Looking For: - 3-4 years of public accounting experience; preference for candidates coming directly from public.
- CPA preferred with strong technical accounting fundamentals.
- Interest in the sports industry and supporting a high-growth, multi-venue environment.
- Comfortable with technology and AI-driven efficiency tools; eager to adopt new systems.
- Ability to work in office daily, with occasional flexibility for appointments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with regional accounting leadership.
What You'll Be Doing: - Prepare and analyze financial statements for 8 assigned venues within a network of 95+.
- Support month-end activities, EBITDA-driven reporting, and operational decision support.
- Leverage Dynamics Business Central and AI tools to streamline accounting tasks and improve accuracy.
- Partner with the Assistant Controller and Sr. Regional Accounting Manager on revenue, expenses, and venue performance.
- Participate in a growing accounting function with 40 new venues expected next year.
