Opportunity:
A focus on procedural oversight with emphasis on (FDCPA) compliance, process review, State Court Laws and documentation. Work with a talented paralegal and support staff. A Creditor’s Rights focus with Financial Services related client and files. Not a strict 9-5 position. Flexible hours with focus on volume and performance, not the clock.

Requirements:
Arizona Law License. (but not required to live in AZ.)
Multi-year Creditor’s Rights experience. FDCPA understanding.
Procedurally, the ability to handle high-volume of business.
Expertise in ensuring the legal process works at scale.
Post-Judgement exposure a plus.
Compensation :
$130K - $145K base salary.
Bonus for performance and revenue growth.
