Regional Sales Director - Medical Device

HIRE-IQ is recruiting a full-time Regional Sales Director for a well-established medical device company. This role leads the regional territory management team to achieve sales objectives while driving exceptional client satisfaction and long-term account growth.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and lead Sales Managers, independent sales agents, and direct sales representatives within the assigned region
• Develop regional sales goals, strategic plans, and quota assignments aligned with overall company objectives
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and field support to Sales Managers
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key surgeons and hospital stakeholders
• Gather, analyze, and communicate customer insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategy

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in a related field
• 8+ years of progressive professional experience
• 3–5 years of sales management experience within the medical device industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and team development
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• Sound judgment with effective decision-making capabilities
• Proven ability to develop strategic plans, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution
• Proficient with relevant technologies and business systems
• Valid driver’s license required

Compensation: $125,000-150,000 (Dependent on Experience)
