Our client, a leading industrial equipment manufacturer, is hiring a hybrid Regional Sales Manager based in Chicago.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of six field reps across the Midwest
- Partner with channel and distribution partners on joint pipeline
- Own the regional revenue forecast and quarterly business reviews
- Travel ~25-40% across the territory for customer and team visits
- Partner with marketing on field events and demand generation
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years managing a quota-carrying team
- Industrial, manufacturing, or technical product background preferred
- Track record of consistently exceeding regional revenue targets
- Strong coaching, hiring, and performance-management skills
- Comfort with CRM and sales reporting tools
