- 7-10+ years metals sales experience strongly preferred, industrial sales required
- Need to be located in or around the Greater Houston area
- Familiarity with specialty metal products is a plus, but not required
- Role will manage all Inside and Outside Sales Reps, strategic vision, KPI management, and sales team development
- Must have ability to travel throughout the region as much as 50%
- Will assist with relocation to Houston if necessary
