Position Summary
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers across the Southeast U.S. This individual will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth, strengthening distributor partnerships, and expanding key end-user relationships.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of strategic thinking, field engagement, and team development. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical sales experience, a passion for coaching, and a proven ability to execute within a structured sales process.
