Chicago, IL / Midwest Rapidly growing ophthalmology organization expanding its prescription pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, and compounded ophthalmic medication business is seeking either an experienced sales manager or a strong senior rep ready to move into leadership. This role will work closely with ophthalmology practices throughout the Midwest supporting prescription ophthalmic therapies, compounded medications, specialty pharmacy programs, and future pipeline products. Looking for someone who understands ophthalmology practices, physician relationships, reimbursement, prescription workflow, and buy-and-bill environments. Requirements
Ophthalmology sales experience required
Pharmaceutical or prescription ophthalmic sales experience required
Buy-and-bill, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, or compounded medication experience strongly preferred
