Summary/Job Scope: Create, Install, maintain, and provide in-house repairs to terminal equipment, as well as physical structures in the Great Lake region. Oversee correct completion of the monthly terminal maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete and or assist in each terminal monthly preventative maintenance program to ensure compliance.
  • Complete and or assist the terminal managers in organizing, planning, and performing terminal unexpected breakdown repairs.
  • Organize, Plan and implement approved in-house terminal projects, repairs and Capital improvements.
  • Assist terminal managers with individual yearly terminal maintenance budget adherence per projects, parts purchases, breakdowns and repairs.
  • Assist terminal managers with on-hand critical terminal spare parts inventory.
  • Provide suggestions and supporting information at year-end for any terminal improvement and equipment sustainability.

Qualifications:

  • Skills: Read Blueprints, knowledge of pneumatics, proficient with hand tools, fabrication, welding (MIG and ARC), cutting techniques (gas/plasma), project management
  • Education: Graduate of a certified millwright or industrial maintenance / apprentice program
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-graduation experience.
