Registered Dietitian 3

Sodexo is hiring a hybrid, part-time, 24-hour/week Registered Dietitian at Mee Memorial Hospital in King City, CA. This critical access hospital has 15 acute care beds and 48-bed skilled nursing beds. Work one REMOTE DAY and two days onsite per week.

Health benefits and paid time off available! King City lies 155 miles south of San Francisco and 277 miles north of Los Angeles. Salary will be prorated based on the number of hours worked.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $77605 - $100430

• Develop and plan Sodexo-branded menu systems to align with strategic culinary goals.

• Manage food cost strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Provide technical expertise to operations and training teams on culinary systems and quality assurance.
• Act as a liaison for consumer insights, ensuring menu development reflects customer preferences.
• Support the development of recipes and menus for retail concepts across various segments.
• Collaborate with technical departments to ensure alignment with culinary standards and operational requirements.

What you'll bring

Must have Registered Dietitian credentials, be detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with seniors are essential, while experience in acute care and skilled nursing is preferred.

• Expertise in managing complex projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic culinary goals.
• Skills in menu development, recipe innovation, and food cost management to drive profitability and consistency.
• Collaborate effectively across teams, building strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills to provide technical guidance and translate consumer insights into actionable culinary solutions.
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain high-quality standards and support operational excellence.
