How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Drive clinical excellence by overseeing unit staffing and ensuring every patient receives high-quality, population-appropriate care.

  • Empower and mentor nursing and support staff through active leadership, professional education, and constructive performance feedback.

  • Optimize daily operations by strategically managing patient assignments based on real-time clinical needs and staff expertise.

  • Champion patient advocacy by proactively identifying barriers to care and resolving concerns through professional management channels.

  • Influence the future of the healthcare team by contributing to the hiring, training, and long-term development of clinical personnel.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration: 

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience
    required.
What additional requirements you'll need:
  • Candidates must possess direct interventional radiology experience to be considered for this role.
