NO CHARGE NURSE*** ***FLU VACCINATION REQUIRED*** JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Experience: 2 years CVICU; 1.5 YEARS OF EXP CAN BE CONSIDERED/SCREENED if prior experience at large facility - CA RN License - Certs: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - **FLU VACCINE (no exemptions)** Flu season starts September - Special Requirements: EPIC highly preferred JOB DETAILS: - Weekend REQ: Every other - Floating REQ: Yes, when needed (Burn or MS ICU or telemetry) - On-Call REQ: No - Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission - NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMODATED. No RTO within the first 2 weeks and must be 10 days or less. Must work 3/5 holidays ADDITIONAL UNIT DETAILS: Diagnoses - Valves, CABGs, TAVRs, STEMIs, IABP and new ECMO program. Procedures - Placing central lines, a-lines, SG catheter (not travelers), CRRT (not given to travelers unless experience), chest tubes. Special equipment - Level 1 rapid infuser, Alaris IV Pumps
