Required Qualifications: Current ACLS and BLS certifications, NIHSS certification through AHA, 2-5 years of experience in ICU, experience working in smaller ICUs, proficiency with Cerner EHR system preferred, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and valid RN license. Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, working approximately 36 hours per week, with self-scheduling flexibility and schedules planned 30-45 days in advance.
