Nurses coming into this unit are expected to work as a team with current staff and provide support beyond an individual assignment. *NICOTINE FREE FACILITY* must be tested with drug screen. CHOA will require the flu vaccination. They WILL NOT accept ANY exemptions (this includes medical/religious). Please do not submit if your candidate cannot receive a flu vaccine.
