Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a respected Long-Term Care (LTC) facility near Geneseo and the Davenport area. Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12s
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Weekly
Compensation: Up to $53/HR
Start Date: ASAP
Deliver high-quality nursing care to LTC residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning
Provide patient and family education with compassion and professionalism
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois or compact eligibility
Current BLS Certification required
Minimum of 1 year of recent LTC, SNF, or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
Experience with EMR documentation systems preferred
