In this vital role, you'll provide specialized nursing services to adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Required Skills:
Valid RN license and current BLS, PALS, NCI, ACLS certifications
2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably with adult and pediatric patient care
Skilled in central pulse oximetry, IV pump management, medication dispensing systems, and monitors such as EPIC, BD Alaris IV Pumps, Omnicell, and central pulse oximetry
Ability to respond quickly to codes/RRT, perform crash cart checks, and utilize support resources like RT, intensivists, and house supervisors
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to float within or below scope of practice as needed
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with complex patient populations and telemetry-specific challenges
Prior experience in a similar hospital or acute care setting
Familiarity with electronic charting systems and medical equipment management
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
2-3 years of relevant clinical experience in telemetry or similar units
Other Requirements:
Must be willing to work a rotating weekend schedule and participate in holiday rotation
Scrub color: Ceil Blue and/or Royal Blue

First-time travelers accepted; permanent staff must wait one year before returning as travelers
Travelers cannot live within 75 miles of the facility
No call required; scheduled shifts include a mandatory orientation and preceptor support
