As a Nursing Assistant, duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting nurses by providing direct patient care such as assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, positioning, ambulating, toileting, meal assistance, recording vital signs).Additional responsibilities include communication and collaboration with nursing and allied health professionals regarding assessment findings, patient health concerns, and following the patients plan of care.
