Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents in accordance with state and facility guidelines.
  • Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document findings accurately within EMR systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Maintain flexibility and willingness to pick up all available shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
