Experience with regulatory records management, records governance, or recordkeeping requirements.
Knowledge of records classification and retention schedules.
Experience coordinating data remediation, records migration, or repository-related initiatives.
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate directly with business partners and technology teams.
Proven ability to implement change and drive outcomes across stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in banking, capital markets, broker-dealer operations, or financial services compliance.
Understanding of financial markets workflows, trade generation, and trade lifecycle events.
Experience with structured-data applications, data repositories, and technology-enabled recordkeeping systems.
