As TCR continues expanding from a European leader in airport equipment solutions to a global powerhouse, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Remarketing Sales Manager to develop the Americas region (North, Central and South America).

This region represents a strong growth opportunity with the potential to generate significant recurring sales. This is a high-impact role for someone with a hunter mindset, ready to shape and grow a diverse and dynamic market across multiple geographies and customer segments.

A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

Business development & sales

• Proactively develop and manage new and existing customer relationships across the Americas region.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell Refurbished GSE (Ground Support Equipment) assets that were previously pre-owned by TCR. The refurbishment is done by TCR in our ECO Centres (dedicated facilities to give GSE a second life).

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with the ambition of delivering USD 3M+ in yearly recurring sales.

Networking & relationship building

• Build a strong network across relevant industry stakeholders in the Americas aviation ecosystem.

• Represent TCR at trade shows, client visits, and industry events across the region.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including the ECO centres, logistics, and operations.

Sales strategy & execution

• Drive the go-to-market strategy for remarketing GSE in the Americas region.

• Analyse market dynamics, competition, and pricing across North, Central and South American markets.

• Deliver sales reports, insights and recommendations to management.

Internal collaboration

• Work closely with the ECO Centre teams to ensure product readiness and availability.

• Collaborate with the global remarketing team and attend weekly team meetings.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives and support TCR’s broader international expansion.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Has previous sales experience with GSE or similar industrial equipment in Americas

• Comes from a GSE OEM background or has relevant sector knowledge (automotive, heavy industrial equipment)

• Possesses strong negotiation and deal-closing skills

• Is a confident, extroverted self-starter with a hunter mindset

• Is experienced in cross-cultural environments and customer interaction

• Is fluent in English and Spanish

• Is available to travel up to 50% of the time and able to work from one of our major offices in North America the rest of the time (Miami FL, Dallas TX, Chicago IL, Newark NJ)
