Job Details: 
Schedule: 8 Hours per day, 40 Hours per week.
Location: Remote
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 6 months, with possible extension.
Pay Range: $80- $85 per Hour on W2
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 
Summary: 
The Application Analyst II – Tech Lead provides technical leadership in application design, development, testing, maintenance, and support. The role focuses on healthcare workflows, solution design, technical strategy, and process improvement while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective IT solutions.

Duties: 

• Lead application design, build, testing, maintenance, and support.
• Provide technical and architectural guidance to the team.
• Analyze healthcare workflows and recommend solutions and process improvements.
• Develop technical roadmaps, project plans, and implementation strategies.
• Assess solution requirements, timelines, risks, and technical options.
• Lead projects and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
• Mentor team members and communicate technical updates to leadership.

Requirements: 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master Degree preferred.
• License(s): NA
• Certification(s): Minimum of 2 Epic certifications approved by department leadership.
• Years of experience:

• 8+ years of IT experience in a relevant technical domain.
• Required Technical Skills: Healthcare workflows, system analysis, application design and build, testing, solution design, and technical strategy.

• Skills/Specialties/Technology:

• Leadership Skills: Project management, process improvement, team mentoring, stakeholder collaboration, negotiation, and effective communication.
