Manage inbound phone, email, and chat inquiries from pet parents to educate, recommend, and sell pet insurance policies.
Optimize inbound leads and manage time effectively to consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
Build strong rapport with customers by reinforcing the value of the company's brand and pet insurance products while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently to minimize wait times and support customer retention.
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently explain coverage options, benefits, and policy details.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Active Property & Casualty Producers insurance license in home state plus at least 44 additional states required prior to hire.
Must provide a copy of home state license and NIPR report upon offer acceptance.
